*******************************************

For those who don’t know, the Ardsley Basketball  has competed in a competitive Westchester Travel Basketball League against teams from Dobbs Ferry, Edgemont, Scarsdale, White Plains, Armonk, Rye, Tarrytown, Chappaqua, Harrison, Somers, and Irvington just to name a few (not all grades play all towns) for the last four years. This year we are opening it up to other boys and girls throughout Ardsley. These are Town Teams in Ardsley based on grade and gender and are reserved for Ardsley School District students and/or residents only. If you want your child to represent Ardsley – read on!

Last year was a huge success! We were extremely proud of one of our amazing Grade Girls Team making it all the way to the Championship Game in just their first season! Our 6thGrade Team played in a scrimmage at Madison Square Garden before a Knicks Game! On an individual front, 6 of the kids from our 4th Grade Team and 3 from our 6th Grade Team tried out and were invited to play on elite Spring Basketball AAU teams this past Spring. And finally, who can forget the inspiring speech given to our girls by the Ardsley Varsity Coach or the cameo clinic given by the Ardsley Varsity Players!
